The power rods are supposed to have a lifetime guaranty. If they are indeed wearing out Bowflex is supposed to replace them for free.

Best Wishes.

I've owned a bowflex for the past seven years and love it with all my heart. But, I ve noticed over the years a change in resistance of the power rods with the varying temperture of the room. I have my blowfex in my garage, and it seems that in the winter when it's cold the rods are stronger then during the summer when it's hot. I've had the ultimate for almost four years and maybe the rods are wearing out. Can anyone help?
