But, regarding the substance of your article, I think we’ve thrown the baby out with the bath water. A generation ago, when the liberal educators with the help of the ACLU effectively removed prayer from our schools, they didn’t realize the consequences of also removing “right and wrong” and absolute truth(GOD)from the souls of our families and social organisms.

Now that the traditional family is nearly eliminated from our society, it would take a repentent country several generations to recover.

Hadn’t heard those details of his death. I agree completely with you!
Especially the part about him NOT killing anyone else.
Been to many accidents where the drunk was the ONE still alive or the least injured.

Thanks to the mentality that originated among liberal educators (is there any other kind?), in the past 30 years we have evolved into an accommodating society. It isn’t that people are making poor choices, it is because they had lousy parents who didn’t give them enough presents at Christmas, or on their birthday. Our “compassion” led us from spanking kids who misbehave to over-medicating them, calling them “special needs children,” and convincing them that there are NO consequences to anything they do.

Dale is right . . . the State should sue the parents for bad parenting. Their action does explain why Josh made poor decisions. With those parents, it is amazing he lasted as long as he did — but that’s just my opinion.

I am waiting for the lawsuit against the parents for ‘bad parenting’. Aren’t they responsible for his irresponsible behavior?
