James Sensenbrenner, totalitarian bastard, strikes again
H.R. 1528, cynically named “Safe Access to Drug Treatment and Child Protection Act,” would compel people to spy on their family members and neighbors, and even go undercover and wear a wire if needed. If a person resisted, he or she would face mandatory incarceration.
Hey Mr. Sensenbrenner – I knew you were a dirty and dishonest man when you snuck the Real ID act into emergency legislation to fund the military. Now you’re trying to pass legislation forcing Americans to spy on other Americans. That’s dirty, dishonest and intolerable. I think you’re going to have to jail me if this legislation passes, Mr. Sensenbrenner, because I’m not going to cooperate with a bill that tries to force me to play informant. Go fuck yourself, Mr. Sensenbrenner.
You can’t touch my mind, it’s still free. I’m not going to use force to regulate what other adults put into their bodies, and I’m not going to cooperate with people who do. You, Mr. Sensenbrenner, disgust me beyond anything I can put into words.

Tell them that locking up 1 million non-violent drug offenders is enough, and that you don’t support locking up their friends and family members too. Tell them people like Mr. Sensenbrenner are leading our country down a dangerous path that will destroy everything that makes us great.

I’m far from apathetic, but, only just heard of Sensenbrenner after the whole Real ID deal. Seriously, fuck this dude. If I see someone selling drugs and don’t turn them in within 24 I get thrown in jail for two years?
Yeah, fuck Sensenbrenner.
I wish I could get more people interested in this guy. He’s a threat to everything I hold dear, Recipher. It scares me that no one is talking about this issue in the mainstream media.
I have my tin foil hat and escape route all set to go, but I’ll probably end up fighting tooth and nail against the Sensenbrenners. I can’t stomach authoritarians and totalitarians.
Haha! I hear you man! Shit is getting scarier and scarier by the day. I can’t believe this type of stuff gets no media coverage either. The funniest thing about this bill is the “soft” title of it and how they hide this really disgraceful stuff in the middle of it. I am partial to some of the revisions that protect children (only for harder substances, ie. not dope).
Don’t worry though brother, this will help us win the war on drugs.
