Missing You & Chow Hall Interview

The incoming bombs, rockets and mortars don’t stop the daily routine here in the heart of Baghdad. They simply provide exclamation points in the sentences that make up our daily lives. Christina has posted photos of one recent event that served as an exclamation point to most of us in the area.

As a reader of my blog, you likely have an interest in Iraq. Check out my list of links by scrolling down the right hand column to the Iraq blogroll section. Besides adding While Away recently, I’ve added Life in the Puzzle Palace as well. There are many other notable blogs, some recent and some discontinued, but all worth a few moments for those seeking an understanding of what is happening here.

I’ve added two more movies:

Chow Hall Interview - SSG Graham is being posted for humor value and Missing You is for my wife.

“Chow Hall” is great! I had to replay it several times and pause frequently to get the interview-behind-the-interview. Too funny.

    “Missing You” - beautiful.

    Thanks, Gunn.

My wife wants more of me, so I am going to host some tours of my AO (Area of Operations), without giving away any OpSec stuff.

Sgt. Trevor Snyder is now down range and still very much has The Will to Exist. He’s sending back more than just words and pics - he’s got videos! My favorite so far is the hilarious “Chow Hall Interview” in this post , but I’d suggest you start at his home page and check out all the posts. Good stuff! Supporting the troops doesn’t always mean giving something to them; it can also mean taking something for yourself. Trevor and his wife are still looking for good
