I spent time with my son and grandson, played some chess, went downtown to watch the parade, ate a great Thanksgiving dinner that my wife spent hours to prepare, and just generally lounged around. Unfortunately, I didn't rank very high on Being Thankful. I certainly am truly blessed, for which I thank God, the Founding Fathers, my family and my friends. Maybe football, “TV”, hunting, home improvements, tinkering with the car, cooking, volunteering, driving, hiking, visiting with relatives [but not eating :-)].

I spent time with my son and grandson, played some chess, went downtown to watch the parade, ate a great Thanksgiving dinner that my wife spent hours to prepare, and just generally lounged around.
